1、负责金属表面处理的工艺标准及技术要求的编制和修订；
2、负责工艺执行的监督、异常分析及预防措施的提出；
3、协助新产品开发；
4、协助生产工艺技术项目的改善，对产品质量问题分析及解决提供技术支持；
5、负责对员工的作业技能、工艺技术等进行相关培训；
6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，材料化学及化工类专业，二年以上工作经验 ；
2、熟悉金属表面处理工艺，具有一定的实操经验；
3、熟悉金属各类表面处理技术，如：电泳、氧化、喷涂、清洗等专业知识；
4、能熟练处理使用化学危险品时出现的突发事件；
5、良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力，态度积极乐观。

Requirements:
elor degree in mechanical engineering, material, chemical, friction matrial or bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience;
本科及以上学历，机械类，材料，化工，摩擦材料等专业，或是其他相关学科有相关的工作经验亦可;
liar with surface treatment for metal parts, especially for Phosphating process & Adhesive dipping and experienced in this area is prefered.
了解金属件表面处理，尤其是对酸洗磷化和浸胶工艺，有这方面工作经验的将优先考虑；
3. At least 3 years'experience in drum brake shoe & fiction lining & brake design & manufacturing area or 5 years' experience in mechanical assembly and machining area is deaired;
3年以上鼓式制动蹄，摩擦片和制动器研发制造领域经验，或是5年以上机械装配和机加工的经验优先考虑;
ng ability to define problems, collect data, trouble shooting, and produce professional engineering reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in polymer material and engineering.
本科及以上学历，高分子材料与工程毕业。
2. Up to 3 years antifog related work experience, experience related to automotive lighting is preferable.
三年以上防雾工艺工作经验，具有汽车照明相关工作经验者优先。
3. Good understanding for process & machine, independent problem solving ability.
对工艺、设备、具有良好的认知能力，独立解决问题的能力。
4. Can use quality tool, good communication and cooperation.
