3、熟悉金属各类表面处理技术,如:电泳、氧化、喷涂、清洗等专业知识;

4、能熟练处理使用化学危险品时出现的突发事件;

5、良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力,态度积极乐观。

Job description :
onsible for degreasing & acid pickling & phosphating & adhesive dipping process and developing, establishing, maintaining and optimizing work standards,routing, WI (work instructions), test instruction and other process documents for this surface treatment process;make continuously improvement and also develop new process for new products based on hardware & software in company.
负责酸洗磷化和浸胶的工艺过程,为其开发,建立,维护和持续优化作业标准,工艺流程,作业指导,测试说明等过程控制文件。基于公司软硬件,持续改善,为新产品开发新的酸洗磷化,以及浸胶工艺过程;

r professional technical support & service to sales team, marketing team and aftermarket team for products;

rding to customer requirement, introduce new products and continuously improve current product and make drawings and do manufacturing feasibility analysis and standard cost analysis;

Requirements:
elor degree in mechanical engineering, material, chemical, friction matrial or bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience;
本科及以上学历,机械类,材料,化工,摩擦材料等专业,或是其他相关学科有相关的工作经验亦可;

liar with surface treatment for metal parts, especially for Phosphating process & Adhesive dipping and experienced in this area is prefered.
了解金属件表面处理,尤其是对酸洗磷化和浸胶工艺,有这方面工作经验的将优先考虑;

3. At least 3 years'experience in drum brake shoe & fiction lining & brake design & manufacturing area or 5 years' experience in mechanical assembly and machining area is deaired;
3年以上鼓式制动蹄,摩擦片和制动器研发制造领域经验,或是5年以上机械装配和机加工的经验优先考虑;

ng ability to define problems, collect data, trouble shooting, and produce professional engineering reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in polymer material and engineering.
本科及以上学历,高分子材料与工程毕业。
2. Up to 3 years antifog related work experience, experience related to automotive lighting is preferable.
三年以上防雾工艺工作经验,具有汽车照明相关工作经验者优先。
3. Good understanding for process & machine, independent problem solving ability.
对工艺、设备、具有良好的认知能力,独立解决问题的能力。
4. Can use quality tool, good communication and cooperation.

3.熟悉黑色金属表面处理工艺者优先考虑
4.有风电行业工作经验者优先考虑
5.具备英语阅读能力者优先考虑
6.能吃苦耐劳,有团队协作能力
