岗位职责：
1.根据产品前段设计线路或文件要求，按照工艺设计规则、设计产品的版图；
2.对产品版图进行规则检查，电路与版图匹配检查；
3.完成用于生产加工的产品最终设计。任职要求：
1、微电子，电子技术等相关专业；
2、大专或以上学历；
3、三年以上模拟IC版图设计经验；
4、深入理解器件模型和工艺流程，能够协助电路设计人员进行问题排查和设计，对模拟电路设计原理，电路匹配，寄生耦合，ESD，latch up等重要概念有深入理解；
5、掌握virtuso、calibre等版图工具的使用，熟练使用linux系统。
工作内容：
1、协助设计工程师完成芯片版图布局；
2、全定制集成电路版图设计需求分析并确认；
3、完成芯片产品中模块定制版图设计，编写相关设计文档；
4、完成版图的验证， 芯片单元定位与验证；
5、对Foundry提供的设计文件和工艺文件做验证。Company Description

Job Description
Responsible for IC full-custom analog/mix-signal
CHIP/IP layout
Verification of the layout (DRC/ERC/LVS)
RC extraction for post simulation
Assist in project tapeout.
Cooperate with design team in Germany
Qualifications
BSEE with 2+ years of CMOS analog/mix-signal
layout experience
Familiar with Cadence and Calibre/Assura layout
and verification tools
Understanding of basic CMOS circuits is a must
Understanding of CMOS process is a must
Work experience in an international team
Dedicated, hardworking and good team player
English language skill in writing and speaking
is a must
