质量项目经理岗位职责

Job description:

1. Work with project team to make sure achieving the quality and delivery target.

2. Define the quality and test standard for new technics parts.

3. Control the project quality risks and take effective action.

4. Manage the production and part qualification (qualification plan and issue tracking).

5. Arrange supplier audit and manage the part quality.

6. Arrange end user test.

7. Manage the golden samples and limited samples for mass product.

8. Manage other project quality relative issues.

Requirements:

-bachelor' degree,3 years' relative working experience, at least 1 year experience in DQA about mobile phone or tablet industry.

- Supplier quality management experience.

- Ability to understand software/mechanical/hardware issues.

- Quality tool skill: FMEA, PDCA, Cp&cpk, SPC, PPQA

- Good Communication Skill.

- Good spoken & written English.

岗位职责
1) 负责处理客户投诉/抱怨,及时纠正内部不符合,保证客户问题得到及时处理;
2) 负责安排新品/ 新器件测试,改善测试方案,组织新品评审,控制/评估质量风险;
3) 处理生产线异常和协助生产线解决质量问题。对重大问题,组织协调各部门进行质量改善,跟踪各项质量改善的进度。

任职资格:
1) 电子、机械、通信相关专业本科学历;
2) 具备1-2年的电子产品质量管理经验;
3) 具备优秀的沟通能力和组织协调能力。
