1、根據與客户簽約工作範圍書,處理客户委託的業務。
2、製作業務單證、業務台帳、報告(SOP文件之各類客户管理報告)並進行分類歸檔。
3、根據倉庫管理和關務專員提供的信息及時更新系統數據信息。
4、核對客户提供信息的齊全性,確保單單相符,單證相符。
5、建立和維護客户間的良好關係,提供優質專業服務。
6、挖掘現有客户需求,提供延伸服務,推廣增值服務。
Position Definition:
Responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment process through liaison with the parties involved to ensure the smooth delivery of shipper’s items
Essential Duties:
Advising on the rates for booking of sea freight and airfreight;
Preparing draft OBL / AWB and submitting to the respective shipping / airfreight agent and issuing of insurance policy;
Booking with shipping/airfreight agents, etc.
Providing support by ensuring all documentation required for a smooth customs clearance are in order;
Sending of pre-alert to destination office / agent of the shipment before departs of vessel;
Responding to shippers’ enquiries as needed;
Follow up with destination office / agent until shipment is being delivered and shipper has received shipment in good condition;Handling of complaints, service recovery, claims of insurance;
Be responsible for verify the job cost and make sure it’s in line with company’s standard.
Billing of invoices to meet deadlines;
Responsible for updating the latest customs regulations.
Responsible for back up client docs data to company’s server.
Responsible for upload required information to company’s system based on company’s requirement.
On-site job supervise is required when necessary.
