崗位職責：
1.根據產品前段設計線路或文件要求，按照工藝設計規則、設計產品的版圖；
2.對產品版圖進行規則檢查，電路與版圖匹配檢查；
3.完成用於生產加工的產品最終設計。任職要求：
1、微電子，電子技術等相關專業；
2、大專或以上學歷；
3、三年以上模擬IC版圖設計經驗；
4、深入理解器件模型和工藝流程，能夠協助電路設計人員進行問題排查和設計，對模擬電路設計原理，電路匹配，寄生耦合，ESD，latch up等重要概念有深入理解；
5、掌握virtuso、calibre等版圖工具的使用，熟練使用linux系統。
工作內容：
1、協助設計工程師完成芯片版圖佈局；
2、全定製集成電路版圖設計需求分析並確認；
3、完成芯片產品中模塊定製版圖設計，編寫相關設計文檔；
4、完成版圖的驗證， 芯片單元定位與驗證；
5、對Foundry提供的設計文件和工藝文件做驗證。Company Description

Job Description
Responsible for IC full-custom analog/mix-signal
CHIP/IP layout
Verification of the layout (DRC/ERC/LVS)
RC extraction for post simulation
Assist in project tapeout.
Cooperate with design team in Germany
Qualifications
BSEE with 2+ years of CMOS analog/mix-signal
layout experience
Familiar with Cadence and Calibre/Assura layout
and verification tools
Understanding of basic CMOS circuits is a must
Understanding of CMOS process is a must
Work experience in an international team
Dedicated, hardworking and good team player
English language skill in writing and speaking
is a must
